Though we know our world may not be literally falling apart, and it felt like nothing’s wrong but the emptiness, the loneliness and the sudden sadness is consuming you. Let it out.
For a change, be not afraid of crying. Tears can wash out the hurt that’s building up inside you. Feelings that were unnecessary and poisonous.
Cry. Once in a while. It’s a stress reliever.
